Spring Training is a 10 week training block hosted by TEAM BODY GO. The team uses this training period to prepare for the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer. The team also encourages others join us to learn the fundamentals of cycling while simultaneously gaining the required fitness and experience to ride over 100 km's. The training period begins late March/ early April. We train every Sunday, with exception of Victoria Day weekend, with starting locations scattered around Southern Ontario. The first training ride is usually around 45 km which then progresses in both difficulty and length. The last training ride is always over 100 km and has an elevation gain close to 1000 m.
